this is a great place, really close to the wsu campus and downtown winona. all utilities are included in the rent, no pets, we have two rooms available in the three bedroom place.there is also a bus stop right across the street!
the only reason i'm not living in this great place with this great roommate, is because i am transferring schools last minute!
i am urgently looking for someone to take over my one year lease, however if you can only take it for the summer, that works too! thanks so much and i hope to hear from someone soon!
