i have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that i'm looking for a roommate for. the room is available now so i can work with your move in time frame.

apartment has dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer in unit. extra amenities include gas fireplace, verizon fios, wifi, large bedrooms, juliet balcony, pool, fitness center, movie theater, clubhouse, and guest apartment. it's in a great location, just off washington street in woburn.

i'm laid back, friendly, social, and clean. i like to hang out but also value my alone time. i like wine, games, tv and movies, etc. i occasionally go out with friends. i am not interested in having the apartment used for a party but am open to having people over.

i have a small, extremely friendly dog named mortimer (morty for short). he is just over a year old and loves everyone! if you have a dog, we would have to make sure they get along. due to the management company of the complex, there can only be up to 2 pets in the apartment.

the rent is $1048/month plus utilities which are about $150/each per month.
