hi there! my name is tammy! i am 38 years old and i work as a computer programmer. i am lucky enough to be able to work from home several days per week. i love my job! i am a generally happy, healthy person who is laid back and easy going, compassionate towards others and living a pretty stress-free life. i stay pretty active with running, rollerblading, hitting the gym 4-6 days per week. i love music of all kinds. i love to cook and bake and photography is a hobby of mine. i am a young 38, so can get along with just about anyone who is mature to a certain level. i moved to the area a couple years ago, and don't know a lot of people other than co workers, am hoping to find friendship here as well as someone to share expenses with so i can pay off some debt. this is a two bedroom townhome, fully furnished. the bedroom you would get is the same size as the master and you will have access to one closet and it is already furnished with a bed with bedding supplied. the desk in the picture will be removed. you are welcome to bring in other furnishings for your room, but i would suggest not to bring too much for the rest of the place as it is already furnished nicely and i don't care for clutter too much. i am seeking someone who would be a good match for me to share a home with, so we can go over more details when we talk and feel for the right chemistry, of course. we want this to be a successful venture for both parties. i am not a huge partier, but get togethers are sometimes fun as long as respect is shown and everyone is having a good time. i respectfully ask that you be a non-smoker, no pets, no drugs, no kids... age doesn't matter as much as dependability and maturity and being respectful. i am open to female and male roommates as long as the personalities seem to go well with each other. the rent covers 1 bedroom with a bed and bedding included, all utilities, wireless internet,basic cable, washer and dryer usage, one closet in bedroom (i use the other one for storage (sorry), outside parking, shared living room, 2 shared bathrooms, shared dining room, shared kitchen, shared porch and gas grill for cooking out. i hope to hear from you soon. thanks!
