hi!we are looking for a quiet, responsible roommate to take up the one of two open bedrooms in our apartment. one will be available nov 1 (photo posted) and the second will be available dec 1. the rooms are in a second floor 3 bedroom apartment off of highland street (near the sole proprietor) all utilities included- including cable tv and high speed internet. you would be living with a young couple and a small bird. please no smoking (even in your room, yes pot counts) or pets. please no partying in the apartment. (people over is fine, just no kegs and subwoofers)
the apartment is walking distance to wpi and becker and on a bus route that goes directly to worcester state. it is a 20 minute walk to clark university.
the apartment is spacious (read: huge) with a large living room, full kitchen with a dishwasher, back storage closet area, mudroom and a back porch. no carpeting at all, hardwood floors in the bedroom. no off-street parking but the parking situation isn't that bad. coin-op laundry in the basement. the landlord lives on site and the building is well kept.
first and last to move in. just to clarify- the rooms comes unfurnished! i have more photos if you are interested.
