the room: 1st floor room in a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex on lynn/nahant beach. quiet street. your own parking space. ocean view from the front deck.. rent is $750 /month w/utilities included!!boston's cheapest move-in cost. you only pay first month's rent to move in and a $300 deposit you must sign a 12month lease.
all you'd need to bring is your bedroom furniture. plus, there is tons of closet space.

i would want to meet a few times to get to know each other and each other's needs and "courtesy requests" (a nicer way of saying house rules!) before making a decision.
the condo has parking spot designated to you, storage, laundry room. it's a 3-4-minute walk to the beach. it's a 10-minute walk to the train stations. and the views are spectacular!
your share would be $750. which will include electric, gas.
wifi and cable will be at your own cost.
