roommate need in 3 bedroom house. only one room available = room is about 8.5 feet wide by 13 feet long. this is a family owned home. person we rent to should have the mind set of this is your home, you’re not just renting a room.located to the near the following: 5 minute drive/bus ride to tufts university, 2 blocks from lechmere green line bus 80, 4 blocks from davis sq red line bus 94, 6 blocks from sullivan station orange line bus 95 and commuter rail to north station, one spot away. west medford sq is a 10 minute walk away from the house.
rent includes the following: access to shard kitchen, bathroom with laundry - only clothes to be washed in the unit, blankets and comforters must go to the laundromat 5 minutes away, heat, hot water, electric (all within reasonable use), backyard with patio, deck and porch, street parking only but very ample spacing.
sorry not pets, we already have a cat in the home. no smoking in the house.
