we have previously rented this room and we would love to find a new friend to join us in our nice safe neighborhood. we have several kids and the youngest is 6. we have two dogs. they are all experienced with having renters. we are very laid back and friendly people. we don't party wildly but we like to drink and grill on weekends etc... we have never smoked in the house and only out back. price is generally negotiable as well as willing to trade for services such as cleaning and babysitting.
