i am an educator who will be moving to and working in town there as my fiancă©e and daughter live in that area. i plan to coach sports acrobatics lessons while my application with the state is being processed. our plans for next school year (after august) are not yet solidified, but will be coming together soon.i am looking for a room to rent for about 6 mos. between work and my fiancă©e i will most likely rarely ever be there except to sleep. but when i come home i am very quiet and try to be respectful in all ways of anyone else who is living there and this, in turn, is all i expect of a flat mate. i do not party, but i am not one to judge others in the least.
