i am a young adult male looking for a room to rent between $200 and $300 monthly. that excludes utilities. i will provide my own food. i am a quiet person so noise will not be a issue coming from me. if there are any issues that accure i expect them to be approached in a private perfesional manner. i don't enjoy confrontations/arguments of any kind. i am a responsible person. i pay my bills on time or ahead of schedule if possible. i do get a monthly income. i don't work. but i am on suplemental social security income s.s.i. which is paid to me on the first of every month...i am cacasion/white. i enjoy and prefer my privacy. the area i rent should be off limits to anyone besides myself and who i allow it to. i will be paying rent so if i choose to have company over i should not have to ask for permission. and if i do have company them too will keep the noise level down to a limit. like i mentioned i'm a quiet and private person. but i am easy to get along with. i don't sweat the small stuff. and i will treat you in the manner in which u treat me. i do smoke but not indoors. only outside. but i am looking to stop soon. i am a clean and organized person as well. i don't enjoy a messy living invironment. and i prefer to keep to myself the majority of the time. and i'd prefer whoever i'm living with to do the same when it comes to me and my privacy.... i am not of any religion, but i do believe in god and jesus christ. father, son, and the holy spirit. please respect my beliefs as i will yours whatever they might be.
