i'm a young adult male. i like and enjoy my privacy. i'm really calm and easy going. i'm easy to get along with. i don't enjoy confrontations. i prefer situations to be dealt with in a private professional manner. i do not sweat the small stuff. and i'm not a very picky person as well.. treat me with kindness and respect and you will get the same in return.. and i expect the area i'm paying for to be off limits to anyone else besides myself and whoever i allow... i am a really quite person. i'm not loud, and i keep to myself the majority of the time. so if your worried about noise, that will not be a issue coming from me... if i want a visitor or company over i should not have to ask for permission. after all i will be paying rent, so i feel that should not be a issue.. i don't allow visitors to come by unannounced or often. like i mentioned, i like my privacy... i am in a relationship. so she will be the most likely frequent visitor. which also shouldn't be a issue. and whoever my company would be i promise them too will keep the noise level down to a limit as well.. yes i do smoke at the moment but i'm looking to stop again soon. but i do not smoke indoors. only outside... i keep my area as clean as possible. i do not like a messy living space.
