need a place as soon as possible, the closer to back bay area or access to the back bay area the better (school is located there)
i am a very laid back person and do my best not to let things bother me.
i enjoy playing frisbee and rock climbing, love listening to music/ mostly alternative rock.

dont have much to pay up front, just first months rent but in october i will have plenty to cover any fees or inconveniences. gi bill works on a one month delay with first installment being for september and october.
