hi, i am a 28 y.o. professional female who is looking for an apartment that includes 1-3 roommates. these people should be: male/female, gay /straight, clean, respectful, responsible (pays bills on time), sociable, non-smokers and drug free. during the week i keep regular hours: 6am-11pm. i am not loud or wild by any means, but do like to have fun, whether that includes going out or having people over on the weekends. ideally i would like to meet people who are interested in hanging out every once and awhile, whether it be in the living room or someplace else. (i am not the type of person who stays in their room all the time). past roommates have become friends, which has been great, but not a requirement. i am looking for an apartment/room that includes laundry facilities in the basement (preferably not coin-op) and parking. off-street even if extra would be ideal, however, easy access to on street parking would also be okay. the bedroom must include space to put a small dresser, full-sized bed, window and closet. ideally, the kitchen would have a dishwasher. i hate doing dishes! i do have lots of stuff so additional storage in the basement or bottom of the building would be great, but not necessary. wireless internet and basic cable is a must!!
where: brighton, oak square area. i work as a private tutor and need easy access to i-90 and i-95. my current lease is up march 1st, but ideally i would like to start moving into my new digs mid to end of february. would be willing to rent earlier for right fit!
