i am a single lady who works in outside sales ft and real estate pt. i have a well behaved shih tzu, who gets along well with other dogs and even cats. he weighs a bit under 12#. i have him bathed and groomed on a regular basis. he is a love, and sleeps on my bed at night. he knows how to use a doggie door. i am a respectful and considerate roommate. i am ok with a shared bathroom situation, but would enjoy having my own bathroom if possible. i am organized, neat, and clean and pick up after myself. i am ok with either a furnished or unfurnished room. i must have wi-fi (it is a work requirement). i have my own flatscreen tv for my room and i admit to being an hgtv junkie. if you have pets that need to be cared for while you're away from home, i'm your gal. i'm in charge of the "poop" detail in my current situation. thanks for reading. jo
