hello!i need a room as soon as possible. i believe i would be a great room mate because of these following reasons:1. i am a full time student and have a part time job so i won't be there as often.
2. considering that i am student and have a job that shows that i very responsible so rent money will always be on time.
3. i am very respectable and treat others the way i want to be treated. in other words, i am drama free.
4. as a neat freak, i always clean after myself and make sure my surroundings are clean.
