i'm 25, a full time student at bc. i work two jobs, and i just want a decent cheap place to live where i can come home, study, not worry about roomates stealing my stuff, doing drugs, going through my things, or yelling at me for things that i have nothing to do with. i clean up after myself. and i'm respectful of boundaries. i expect the same.

school is my main priority and i don't want to have to move....a-gain.....until i'm done getting my degree in 3 years. i struggled to be able to reach this goal and i don't want it to have to suffer for the sake of me keeping a home. i work hard and manage to pay all my bills on time.

sometimes when i'm home alone i might blare music or dance in the kitchen while i'm cooking. other than that i don't really make noise. once in a while i'd like to have a friend or two over. we'd probably watch a game or a show, or have a beer or two and play a board game. not that often. most of my friends are guys too. but for me with that kind of stuff things stay private and it's most definitely not a revolving door.


it would be nice to be able to have that sibling dynamic...and i've lived with people before but i haven't had good luck. never had a problem with anyone until they had a problem with me.
