hey there everybody! my girlfriend and i are interested in joining your apartment! a little bit about us:

we are quiet, organized, have very strong credit scores, and are very clean. we are not smokers or drinkers. we are more than willing to pitch in with housework and help out as needed. i currently work as a private tutor and my girlfriend works as a behavioral therapist for children with developmental disabilities. we also have a one-year-old indoor cat who is incredibly well behaved and, at least in our opinion, very adorable.

our current lease expires june 12th. we'd be looking to move sometime between may 20th and june 8th. we have our own furnishings (sofa, coffee table, dinner table, barstools, etc) if that would be desired, otherwise, they will be placed in a storage unit.
