i am a 50 yr old male looking to roomate with someone close to my age. either male or female is fine. i work full time in a professioanl capacity, have weekends off and pretty much keep a low profile. my cirlce of friends is very small (mostly coworkers) and they do not come over. im out and about most weekends doing various things, like going to vegas, or the beach or to a car show or racing, i like sports like hockey, baseball, and racing. not much of a football fan but i do watch it from time to time. i am looing for something kind of close to the beach but i am flexable. it would be nice if the room had its own entrance but its not a requirment. also i would like to find something with its own bathroom, has wifi, and cable both of which i am willing to split. if you have any questions for me please do not hesitate to message me.
