hey, i'm finau. the room i'll be renting is one that i will claiming as my own, will have it's own lock, and secluded from access of the rest of the house. use of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry is necessary. wifi is a must. parking should be available. near schools, shopping centers, etc. if there are pets, they must be trained, groomed, and up to date on shots. i have allergies. no smoking. no drinking. quiet as possible. i cook. i clean. work, school, home. i am pretty invisible as a roomate. i am warm and compassionate as a friend. i am a mom. i expect to be hosting important guests occasionally. i like friendly people that have repectable bounderies. movies. music. philosophy. let me know if there are any questions or suggestions. i might consider location and rent adjustable for the right home. drama free. clean. no drugs.
