i am a professional house keeper, and i clean houses in this area and am looking for a room to rent in this area asap.. i also do odd jobs such as pet care and house sitting. i would prefer my own bathroom, however it is not a deal breaker, i need a room. i am offering 500$ a month and housekeeping services.
i am busy most of the time and when i'm not working i'm active out in the community and with friends .i enjoy the out doors as well. i am a writer and read poetry, so when i'm home , i'm quiet and write or read or listen to music . i have ear buds too. lol.
i can give letters of character and work ethic if needed. i am trust worthy and will keep your home and business confident as i would expect the same.
a furnished room would be fine but not so important. i do not have a car so parking is not issue. i am a clean and organized person. i just need a place to hang my hat.
i don't have a lot stuff so no extra storage is needed.
i believe with houskeeping services , that 500$ a month would be a fair deal, and i don't require much. thank you and i hope to hear back soon.
