im the perfect roommate or tenant...let me tell u why.... i've just transferred with my company to downtown sd, but i own a nice house in huntington beach where my young daughters live happily. they will not be relocating since my wife works in anaheim. i plan to commute on my days off to stay with them which means that u have the place to yourself 3 days a week. i work in hospitality so cleanliness and respect are in my dna.
i also work long hours, so during the week i come home late.
no pets, no drugs, no smoking, no drama. mellow 43 y/o guy. very polite.
