looking for a roommate to share a single made into a double for 550 a month, room has walk in closet and private bathroom with a tub. the apartment i live in is a four bedroom, so you'd have to share a kitchen. you can bring a mini-fridge if you want. the apartment comes with free wifi, cable on a flat screen, and washer/dryer. the building i live in is called blvd 63 there are photos available online if you're interested, the building it very clean and secure with guards surveilling at all times and locks only residents have assess to. the building also has two pools, a gym, and tanning beds. its location is also prime because it provides a shuttle to san diego state which is right next to the trolley, if you needed public transportation.
