hi, i am a female a mature female, semi retired, but still work as a mobile voice teacher. looking for a room to rent at $700 a month. i am very clean, tidy and will always clean up after myself. i am easy going, friendly, and respectful. i have lived with roommates before and enjoy spending time with them, or spending time privately. i love to cook for others, a good movie and anything funny. i love art, music, & watching dance. i am long past the partying stage, although i don't mind in a blue moon a glass of wine.

i have a very shy, quiet small parrot, (smaller than an african grey) and he is cleaned daily. he is not on seed, but pellets. i also bathe him 2x a week. he would stay in my room, he has matts for his cage, so again, no mess. i have references as well, upon request. please contact me 408-655-3927.
