hello, i’m looking for a room; preferably less than 30 min away from river street/costco area in santa cruz. i work full time at a sign shop called catto's graphics, installing logos and doing production. i love to build and fix things, as well as spend time in the great outdoors. i like to be positive and outgoing, and want to create a warm atmosphere for those around me. it’s important to me to stay organized, keep a clean space; and help out with whatever needs to be done. work/trade is a possibility for me; i have a large assortment of skills that i can use, and i like the idea of a mutually beneficial situation.
$400 in rent is optimal.
