hi, i am a young professional looking to rent a room with preferably a private bathroom (detached is ok). a month to month lease is preferred but i am open to 6 months or more of course depending on how it goes. i am moving to santa rosa for a new job so looking for a roomie/friend who is down to earth, friendly, and values cleanliness :) i don't smoke but don't have a problem with 420 smoking if you enjoy that. females only please (20s-30s) although i love children, i am not looking to share with children or couple. just makes it easier to connect with the person you're living with as you have similar lifestyles. if it is furnished, that's a plus!

i have great credit history and will have no problem with paying rent on time, etc.
