hi, i'm jason and i'll be starting at brandeis university this august in their master's in public policy program. i'm looking to line up a place no later than mid-august. i have my schedule locked down, and will be arriving to the boston area by train on august 25.
i'm hoping to find a place as close to waltham as possible, or that's easily accessible to the fitchburg t line. i'm a dedicated student, and tend to keep to myself. i'm mainly looking for a place to sleep at night and shower in the morning. i'm fairly easygoing, and medium levels of noise (street traffic, mild music, soft tv, etc.) aren't a problem for me.

in-unit washer & dryer are a big plus.
