hi my name is lisa and i am looking for a room/studio/or garage if converted with private entry (if possible) rental for myself with all utilities paid. west covina or surrounding areas. im 53 yrs old, divorced/single, no pets, i won’t have any guest over. trustworthy, respectable, manners and common sense. don’t drink/drugs. and don’t want to be in that type of environment. if you occasional have a drink i don’t mind that i just don’t want to move into a party house is what i’m saying ðÿ˜š im quiet, respectful and i will be in my room if i’m not at work. and i mind my own business ðÿ˜š i’d prefer my own private bathroom with tub please but if shared is ok. need parking for my car. and i do smoke cigarette but outside only. i work for lyft have been a driver for a year and previously property manager for 13 years. clean background & dmv. i can pay $500.00 per month or $125.00 every sunday due to my type of job that would be more convenient for me. i would appreciate no security deposit because i am on a tight budget and i am not a liability or high risk person as you will see when you meet me. but if you need one after we meet we can discuss it. i will treat and respect your home as it was my own. so on a personal note i currently live with my best friend in covina but we are in a small 1 bdrm. ive raised 3 kids 35,33,25 & i have 2 grandsons that are the loves of my life that are 2 yrs & 8 months old. i’d like to move in between now & may 11th but we can do little later date if you prefer. we can discuss. one more thing i’d like to ad is i can do house cleaning, cooking, laundry and run your errands for you in exchange for rent or rent reduction as well with in reason ðÿ˜š i look forward to hearing from you thank you! and ps-im looking for normal people to live with please no crazies or drama. thank you.
