im 31 female, just moved back to ma and need an affordable living situation. ive been a house mate before and know what i want and dont want in a housemate situation now thanks to that experience.

need a female only situation. age, professions, etc dont matter to me.

i have a hard time being around males or strangers, so if you have people over a lot, id just be in my room. im also a very private and keep to myself type of person so im sure most of my time will be spent in my room in general. im quirky like that..

i would not be having guests who are over all the time that they might as well pay rent too so i ask you be the same way.. im sorry but i dont want to be paying higher utility costs for a house guest who is there constantly. i think its only fair.

straight edge is preferred as im basically allergic to alcoholic drinks, and smoke and drugs affect me as well. if you do any of this, then i just would need to be in my room away from it..

i have social security disability so its a stable and consistent income which means rent would always be paid on time. also im not currently working and i already graduated from college so my days are sorta free..

my sleep and general activity schedule varies but if im coming home at some odd hour, i do all i can to not disturb. i am respectful of quiet hours etc, if theres a problem, just let me know..

im very anti drama, very clean, and very respectful of others space and privacy.. so please do me the same courtesy. if laundry is shared, i do it all very promptly and ask you do too. i ask that my belongings be respected and not touched or used without permission. if possible, all my belongings besides kitchen and bathroom stuff would be solely in my room anyway. im not someone who leaves my belongings all over the place.
